Thank you for shopping with DesiXpress. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of your orders placed through our platform at https://desixpress.com.

1. Delivery Areas

DesiXpress currently delivers to select areas within the Greater Framingham, MA region and surrounding communities. During checkout, you will be prompted to enter your delivery address to confirm whether your location falls within our delivery zone. We are continuously expanding our coverage area.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: Typically within 30–60 minutes of order confirmation, depending on order volume and distance.
  • Scheduled Delivery: You may select a preferred delivery time slot at checkout, subject to availability.
  • Catering & Wholesale Orders: Larger orders may require advance notice of 24–48 hours. Please contact us for custom arrangements.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping / Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the distance from the fulfilling store. The applicable delivery fee will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. We periodically offer free delivery promotions — check our app for current offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a real-time tracking notification through the DesiXpress app. You can track the status of your delivery from order placement to arrival at your door.

5. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you or gain access to the delivery location, the order may be returned and you may be charged for the delivery attempt. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

7. Perishable Items

Many of the products on DesiXpress are perishable. We take great care to ensure proper packaging and timely delivery. Once delivered, you are responsible for the proper storage of perishable items.

8. Changes to Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@desixpress.com. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
